Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cd. Juarez - Las Misiones By Ihg, Ciudad Juárez

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the consulate, the medical exam clinic, and the place for fingerprinting appointments. The rooms, although spacious on the 5th floor, were unfortunately super dirty. The service, especially the hotel shuttle drivers, was friendly and helpful. The location is safe and perfect for any visit to the USA Consulate and shopping. The dining experience was good, with friendly staff, but items did run out occasionally. Despite its faults, the hotel offers a valuable stay at a reasonable price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although not very big, were pretty and comfortable. However, I noticed that the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the sheets and comforters weren't changed regularly. On the bright side, the service was amazing and very helpful, especially the professional and helpful staff. The location was perfect for my visit to the US Consulate and nearby attractions. The dining, while decent, could be more varied. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with its convenient facilities and proximity to key places.
